Job Description

The role requires some travelling on the Swiss territory.The Integration Manager is responsible for leading and executing the end-to-end integration of acquired companies into the broader organization, ensuring the realization of strategic objectives, synergies, and financial targets.This role serves as the central integration leader across all functions, driving structured integration planning, governance, execution, risk management, and cultural alignment. The Integration Manager ensures that acquisitions are integrated efficiently, value is captured on schedule, business continuity is maintained, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process.Integration Strategy & Planning: Lead development of integration strategy aligned with deal thesis and value creation plan.Integration Management Office (IMO) Leadership: Establish and lead the Integration Management Office (IMO) for Switzerland and all relevant integration projects. Coordinate cross-functional integration teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Clinical & Quality, Marketing, etc.).Functional & Operational Integration: Ensure alignment of business processes, systems, policies, and operating models.Drive harmonization of IT systems, financial reporting structures, and operational workflows in collaboration with IT stakeholders.Financial & Synergy Realisation: Monitor synergy capture and ensure accountability across functional leaders.

The Successful Applicant

Master's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or related field preferred

Formal project/program management certification is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Swiss system and regulatory environment.Fluent in English

German and French are an asset.10+ years of experience in, consulting, private equity-backed

Proven experience leading integrations.Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Financial acumen with experience in economics.Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
