Stellenbeschreibung

  • You acquire new customers and expand business volume with existing customers in the company's defined target markets, in line with the sales strategy via Teams and phone.
  • You provide customer consultation through Teams and phone, presenting our solutions via these channels.
  • You create and follow up on proposals to ensure successful sales transactions.
  • You implement marketing actions to support sales initiatives and drive brand awareness.
  • You support and collaborate with the field sales team, providing solutions-oriented assistance.
  • You use and maintain CRM tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.

Anforderungsprofil

  • You have a formation in electrical field or similar.
  • You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Sales or product management.
  • You possess commercial knowledge and an understanding of business processes.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in (Swiss) German (C2) and English (B2).
