Job Description

  • Collaborate with various units to identify and analyze recruitment challenges, methods, and processes, and optimize recruitment tools.
  • Review and publish internal and external job postings.
  • Evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and participate in the selection process.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing their inquiries and providing updates on their application status; handle administrative tasks such as managing employee files and organizing language tests.
  • Support both internal and external recruitment processes and provide HR expertise across all organizational levels.
  • Participate in the evaluation of recruitment activities and adjust action plans and programs as needed, especially during emergencies.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tool and candidate information.
  • Represent the organization in external recruitment-related forums as part of the talent attraction team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: 3-5 years in human resources, specifically in talent acquisition (preferably in a humanitarian context), with at least 3 years in assessment and selection activities, and 3 years using application tracking systems
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management.
  • Languages: Advanced proficiency in English and French is essential; additional languages are a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills with experience in application management systems.
