Job Description
Plan, organize and direct optimum day-to-day operations to exceed the customers' expectations.
Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
Be responsible for production output, product quality on-time shipping and cost of goods.
Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance.
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
Implement strategies aligned with global vision and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Reporting to the CEO.
The Successful Applicant
Successful and proven experience leading an industrial site with 100/200 people.
Strong customer focus.
Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
Inspiring leadership.
