Job Description

Main Responsibilities for the IC Front-End Process & Manufacturing Quality Manager

  • Lead functional quality across front-end IC manufacturing operations.
  • Own the Process Change Review Board (PCRB), ensuring safe process changes and risk mitigation.
  • Manage non-conformances (MRB), scrap reduction, and yield improvement initiatives.
  • Drive process control using SPC, MSA, FDC, and MES rules.
  • Lead audits, quality alerts, and customer complaint resolution, ensuring root-cause elimination.
  • Deliver continuous improvement projects across processes and teams.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements for the IC Front-End Process & Manufacturing Quality Manager

  • Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics.
  • 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing environnment.
  • 5+ years in a Quality, Process Integration or Manufacturing leadership or functional authority role.
  • Strong knowledge of IC front-end production flows, quality tools and process development.
  • Six Sigma Belt with Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485
  • Fluent in English. French, German or Chinese are nice to have.
  • On-site availability; functional leadership (no direct line management).
