About Our Client

For our client, a financial institution, we are urgently looking for a hands-on Human Resources Manager to be a key contributor in their office in Lichtenstein.

Job Description

You will report to the Head of HR based abroad and will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end HR services to business units aligning people and business strategies to fulfil business goals
  • Review implement and update company policies and procedures regularly to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and enhance the overall business efficiency & effectiveness
  • Review HR policies and procedures regularly in areas of Personnel planning, Training & Development, Employee Relations, etc. to make sure they follow regulation and industry practices
  • Provide consultation to internal parties on staff-related matters
  • Support and oversee all administrative functions to maintain smooth operation
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Successfully completed a university degree and/or a qualification in HR
  • 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years at managerial level
  • Proven track record within a sizable insurance and/or wealth management company
  • Experiences in multicultural environments
  • Business fluency in (Swiss) German and English is an absolute must
  • Strong MS Office knowledge and experience with HR systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence at all levels in the organization
  • Service- and solution-oriented individual with a proactive and autonomous working style
  • Determined and self-confident character with an analytical and conceptual approach
