Job Description

  • HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and supporting decision-making.
  • Talent Management & Development: Design and implement talent development programs, succession planning, and career pathing with a strong coaching approach.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization.
  • Change Management: Support organizational transformation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Workforce Planning & Analytics: Analyze workforce trends, anticipate future needs, and provide data-driven insights to optimize talent strategies.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers through performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Compensation & Benefits Advisory: Collaborate with C&B teams to ensure competitive packages and compliance with local regulations.
  • Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure adherence to Swiss labor law and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining best practices.
  • HR Projects & Innovation: Lead or contribute to global HR projects, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven HRBP experience in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English and German; French is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach and passion for people development.
