Job DescriptionYou will report directly to the CCO and have a key role in the organization as an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities include:HR Tasks (70%)Primary point of contact for local employee inquiries on all HR-related topicsManagement of the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboardingSupporting employees' needs and concerns while fostering a positive and engaged work environmentCoordination of employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processesSupport for performance reviews, employee development, and training initiativesEnsuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies in HR mattersPoint of contact for authorities, coordination of legal documents, and ensuring compliance with local regulationsGeneral Office Tasks (30%)Coordination of office facilities, maintenance management, event organization, and budget monitoringOversight of office operations, office supplies and systems management, handling correspondence and documentsPlanning and organizing office activities/travels, and providing back-office supportThe Successful ApplicantSuccessfully completed qualification in HRSeveral years of work experience in Switzerland as an HR Generalist or similar roleStrong expertise in local HR regulations, company policies and processes, as well as compliance requirementsPrevious experience in a multinational, fast-paced, and cross-functional environmentFluent in (Swiss) German and EnglishProficient in MS Office and affinity for systemsOpen and communicative personality, able to interact at all levels of an organizationHigh degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationEfficient problem-solver with excellent organizational and multitasking skillsInitiative and proactivity combined with the ability to develop and improve processesWillingness to shape and promote positive change in the workplaceWhat's on OfferWould you like to be part of a supportive, dynamic, and inclusive team environment?
