Job Description

Our organization, operating in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, is seeking a Junior HR Officer. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional looking to engage in diverse responsibilities and develop a comprehensive expertise in human resources while demonstrating agility to address the challenges of change.

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will actively contribute to the daily management of human resources, including:

  • Managing employee administrative records (contracts, amendments, absence tracking, etc.).
  • Preparing HR documents as needed (employment certificates, attestations).
  • Ensuring that HR data is updated in the information system (HRIS).
  • Supporting the whole recruitment process (drafting and publishing job offers, screening CVs, conducting pre-screening calls).
  • Collaborating on cross-functional HR projects related to the company's evolution (restructuring, digital transformations, new HR policies).
  • Proactively suggesting adjustments to HR processes to align with a constantly changing environment.
