Geneva Interim View Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented HRIS and Data Analyst individual to join our client team in Geneva for a 9-month contract. Lead talent analytics activities, build talent dashboards, and provide data analysis and insights to support workforce planning. Oversee the end-to-end project management of the HRIS system, including troubleshooting, system improvements, process mapping, and translation.

Job Description



    • Talent Analytics and Reporting:
      • Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting capabilities for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning.
      • Utilize advanced analytics tools, such as Power BI and Excel, for both descriptive and predictive analytics to generate actionable insights.
      • Streamline and structure data from multiple sources, driving automation to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
      • Act as the primary resource for talent analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).



      HRIS Optimization:

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related issues and identify opportunities to enhance HRIS functionality.
      • Conduct ongoing needs and gap analysis to ensure the system meets evolving business requirements.
      • Lead efforts to streamline HRIS workflows, improve user experience, and implement system optimizations.
      • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to design and implement solutions aligned with HR objectives.
      • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, optimizations, and issue resolution.
      • Build and improve customized reports.

The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a closely related field.
    • Advanced Degree: A Master's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an asset.
    • Certifications: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), Certification in People Analytics or a related data-focused HR discipline.
    • Talent Analytics: Proven experience in advanced talent analytics, including developing dashboards, reporting capabilities, and using descriptive and predictive analytics for decision-making.
    • HRIS Optimization: At least 5-7 years of experience in HRIS roles, with demonstrated expertise in system troubleshooting, optimization, and user support, particularly for Talent Acquisition and Performance Management modules. Experience in system transitions or sunsetting systems is highly desirable.
    • Change Management: Extensive experience leading change management initiatives related to HRIS or data analytics, with measurable success in driving adoption and user engagement.
    • Data Automation: Demonstrated ability to streamline and structure data from multiple sources while driving automation in reporting processes.
