  • HR Support: Provide daily support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, contracts, and administrative documents.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication between teams in Switzerland and France.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects to improve processes and practices within the company.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management, ideally in the retail sector.
  • Skills: Excellent payroll coordination skills and experience working with fiduciaries.
  • Languages: Proficiency in French and English.
  • Qualities: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
