Job Description

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle for a large headquarters population
  • Lead recruitment and personnel sourcing in close collaboration with operational managers
  • Analyze staffing needs, select candidates, negotiate compensation, and prepare employment contracts
  • Act as a coach and consultant to managers on leadership, team development, and people decisions
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within the assigned population
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Organize and oversee annual performance evaluation and talent management processes, including follow-up actions
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and change initiatives
  • Handle disciplinary measures, warnings, and contract terminations in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes
  • Support internal HR-related communication initiatives
  • Assist managers in sensitive discussions, conflict resolution, and performance management by defining action plans, drafting reports, and ensuring follow-up
  • Proactively contribute ideas related to employer branding, employee retention, team building, and HR process optimization

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial or business-oriented educational background, ideally with a degree in economics
  • Mandatory further education or certification in Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner or generalist role
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced, and multicultural environments
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes and employment practices
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with senior management and HR leadership
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, French and German, is required
