Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy

  • Collaborate with managers to assess hiring needs and define clear, targeted role profiles.
  • Craft impactful job descriptions and manage publication across relevant platforms.
  • Lead the recruitment process from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Engage with external recruitment partners when needed to support sourcing efforts.
  • Elevate the company's employer brand and ensure candidates have a positive, engaging journey.
  • Monitor recruitment performance indicators and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.



Employee Experience & Business Partnering

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related topics such as leave, benefits, and workplace policies.
  • Guide employees through onboarding, internal transitions, and exit procedures with clarity and care.
  • Address employee concerns with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Contribute to internal communication and initiatives that foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.



HR Administration

  • Coordinate with external providers to manage payroll, benefits, insurance, and work permit processes.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant HR administration through effective vendor collaboration.
  • Prepare and issue HR documentation including employment certificates and formal letters.
  • Maintain compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal governance standards.
  • Support the creation of HR reports and workforce analytics to inform decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in recruitment and HR partnering.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proactive and flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; French or other languages are an advantage.
