Job Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to a population of around 200 employees, ensure a strong point of contact and continuous support
  • Work closely with mangers and the population to ensure smooth talent management and retention
  • Support the population during transition phases with change management
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and talent development initiatives, including training plans
  • Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching
  • Act as a real partner, overseeing HR strategy and action planning for the HR department
  • Support with the management of HR budgets & salary review
  • HR metrics & reporting



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record as a senior HR BP, assuring autonomy
  • A degree or certification in HR management, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in overseeing HR strategies and policies.
  • Experience of working within a changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to workplace challenges.
