Stellenbeschreibung

  • Act as the primary HR contact for a designated part of the organization, ensuring comprehensive HR support.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle within the assigned business units, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and departures.
  • Drive the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, including advertisement management, candidate selection, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Monitor and support employees in cases of illness, accidents, maternity leaves, and return-to-work processes.
  • Ensure proactive absenteeism management, working closely with leadership to address concerns.
  • Advise and coach managers and employees, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and professional development.
  • Lead and facilitate challenging conversations, including disciplinary actions and termination discussions.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and work certificates, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Participate in key HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
  • Support and implement change management initiatives within business units.
  • Plan and organize internal events to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Anforderungsprofil

A successful HR BP should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Some experience in HR with exposure to business partnering
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
