About Our Client
Our client is a multinational company.
Job Description
- Ensure effective administration of new roles, starters, changes, leavers on HRIS system and keep information accurate and up to date
- Administration of Time-Off/Absences and Time Registration
- Employment contracts office
- Onboarding & exit administration
- Work permit administration
- Ensure the maintenance and update of employee files (scanning and electronic archiving of personnel files in Workday)
- Insurance, family and pension funds inquires
- Work certificates
- Support to recruitment
- Support to payroll manager
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2/3 years of Experience in HR Administration in Switzerland
- Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
- University Degree and HR Swiss Certificated
- Fluent English, French & German
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Team player and ability to quickly establish professional relationships
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever changing organisation
What's on Offer
Temporary contract for min 6 months.
