Our client is a multinational company.

Job Description

  • Ensure effective administration of new roles, starters, changes, leavers on HRIS system and keep information accurate and up to date
  • Administration of Time-Off/Absences and Time Registration
  • Employment contracts office
  • Onboarding & exit administration
  • Work permit administration
  • Ensure the maintenance and update of employee files (scanning and electronic archiving of personnel files in Workday)
  • Insurance, family and pension funds inquires
  • Work certificates
  • Support to recruitment
  • Support to payroll manager

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2/3 years of Experience in HR Administration in Switzerland
  • Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • University Degree and HR Swiss Certificated
  • Fluent English, French & German
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Team player and ability to quickly establish professional relationships
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever changing organisation
