Job Description

You will contribute to define the sales growth strategy for the companies European market expansion by developing a deep understanding of the business objects, products and related market activities

You will ensure profitable business growth in accordance with the company objectives, identify and fulfill customer needs

It will be on you to develop new and existing customers through the promotion of the companies products and its services

You will enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their requirements and improving the services to enable customers achieving their specific business goals

You will proactively foster strategic partnerships with key decision makers by consistently seeking feedback to ensure expectations are met

You will be responsible for the ongoing relationship with the companies European customer base, including handling supply and quality issues, pricing, new agreements etc.

You will be in constant relationship, including physical visits, with the companies manufacturing; R&D and Sales and Marketing personnel

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales, pharma, or business administration

At least 10 years professional experience selling to pharma is a must have criteria for this opportunity, further experience within packaging or within the pharma industry in general is desired

To be successful in this role, you have a proven track record in B to B sales and experience within Actice Primary Packaging is a significant advantage

You are an entrepreneurial self-starter who will quickly develop the ability to manage and grow a business, managing several tasks and projects at once poses no problems to you

A direct, warm, courageous person who is passionate about innovative solutions and products

As sales cycles are long and highly professional, the candidate should have a long-term approach and be patient to results

You have the capability to learn and understand the technical characteristics of customers' needs and the companies products

To help driving the success of the company you will bring your motivation and capability of working autonomously

You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and you are able to build lasting relationships with clients

To build strong business relationships you have an excellent command of English, any other language (German or French is a significant plus)

You have an eagerness to travel up to 50% of the time in Europe (including: West & East, Israel and UK)
