Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing organization to align with business goals.
  • Develop long-term plans to achieve business results, addressing complex and critical issues.
  • Create innovative marketing strategies to generate interest in products and services.
  • Manage profit and loss for Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Drive change transformation and strategy execution to achieve business results.
  • Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies with business needs.
  • Develop budget and long-term strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
  • Contribute to the business unit's strategic roadmap.
  • Improve Sales process automation and back-office operations.
  • Deliver regular Sales Forecasting.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to influence and deliver growth plans.



The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Engineering and MBA or equivalent education.
  • Strong technical background in the Energy condition monitoring market.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales or relevant fields.
  • Solid finance background to assess decision impacts.
  • Capable of executing business plans and developing functional strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, change management, and decision-making skills.
