As a Governance administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation of governing bodies and digital transformation activities. By managing governance workflows and processes in alignment with organizational statutes and procedures, coordinating documentation, and preparing for strategic discussions, you will directly contribute to strategic objectives and operational excellence.

Description du poste

  • Governance Meetings and Documentation
    • Prepare and deliver governance meetings and related materials within deadlines.
    • Develop meeting agendas, draft minutes, and circulate documents.
    • Create talking points, presentations, and manage follow-up actions.
    • Maintain accurate records and archives.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research on governance-related topics, analyze data, and synthesize content from multiple sources.
    • Develop statistics, briefing papers, and comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
  • Administrative and Logistical Support
    • Oversee daily governance tasks, including timeline management, decision tracking, and access rights.
    • Coordinate meeting logistics such as venues, catering, and attendance lists.
  • Process Optimization and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Enhance governance operations and team efficiency through process improvements.
    • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.



Profil recherché

  • Proven experience in governance operations, public administration, or project management. (Understanding of legal, financial, commercial, or IT matters, including digital transformation, is an asset.)
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Expertise in data analytics, with a preference for dashboarding skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant digital tools and an aptitude for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills; knowledge of French and/or Russian is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international setting.
