Job Description

  • Governance Meetings and Documentation
    • Prepare and deliver governance meetings and related materials within deadlines.
    • Develop meeting agendas, draft minutes, and circulate documents.
    • Create talking points, presentations, and manage follow-up actions.
    • Maintain accurate records and archives.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research on governance-related topics, analyze data, and synthesize content from multiple sources.
    • Develop statistics, briefing papers, and comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
  • Administrative and Logistical Support
    • Oversee daily governance tasks, including timeline management, decision tracking, and access rights.
    • Coordinate meeting logistics such as venues, catering, and attendance lists.
  • Process Optimization and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Enhance governance operations and team efficiency through process improvements.
    • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in governance operations, public administration, or project management. (Understanding of legal, financial, commercial, or IT matters, including digital transformation, is an asset.)
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Expertise in data analytics, with a preference for dashboarding skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant digital tools and an aptitude for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills; knowledge of French and/or Russian is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international setting.
