Job Description

Seeking a data-driven professional to deliver strategic insights and recommendations across global dimensions, supporting adherence to HR policies and processes. Responsibilities include managing a global benefits database, maintaining updated HR policies, collaborating with regional HR teams, and providing targeted analysis for key stakeholders.

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of departmental projects with direction from the Compensation & Benefits manager.
  • Continuously update, compile, and analyze salary and benefits data across global agencies, preparing reports for stakeholders as needed and approved.
  • Recognize and recommend process improvements, developing and implementing innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Contribute to reward governance activities, including salary adjustments and bonus distribution processes.
  • Facilitate annual salary review processes, verifying compliance with global standards and budget allocations.
  • Ensure up-to-date tracking of Managing Directors' salary and benefits worldwide, coordinating with local HR or MDs to resolve any data discrepancies.
  • Regularly engage with Regional and Local HR teams, offering guidance, tools, and support to uphold alignment in Compensation & Benefits procedures.
  • Perform thorough quality checks on data reported to Geneva by agencies to ensure completeness and accuracy.



The Successful Applicant


  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and structured.
  • Hands-on approach and comfortable managing a high volume of operational tasks.
  • Practical and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset.
  • Discreet and ethical, capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical thinker with an eye for identifying compliance gaps or inaccuracies.
  • Adaptable to diverse requirements across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and empathetic, able to work effectively with the global HR team and Managing Directors.
  • Skilled in coordinating full project implementation, upholding deadlines and compliance without direct managerial authority over involved team members.
