Job Description

As the Finance Transformation & Digitalization Specialist, you will play a key role in redesigning financial processes, implementing digital tools, and driving data-led decision-making. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic partner to the Finance, IT, and Operations teams to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.



  • Lead and support end-to-end finance transformation projects (process redesign, automation, system upgrades)


  • Identify opportunities for digitalization across finance (e.g., RPA, BI tools, ERP enhancements)


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business and financial requirements


  • Act as a key interface between Finance and IT during system implementation and integration phases


  • Support change management initiatives and ensure adoption across departments


  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks and best practices


  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset across the finance team



The Successful Applicant



  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance transformation, financial systems implementation, or process improvement


  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)


  • Experience in project management (Agile or traditional methodologies)


  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels


  • Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
