About Our Client

Our client is a well-established international organization expanding its presence in Geneva. To strengthen its financial operations, they are seeking a Finance Officer to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, including reconciliations, payments, and financial controls
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management review
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
  • Optimize financial reporting and contribute to strategic financial planning
  • Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and financial risks
  • Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and controls

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial regulations
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
