About Our Client
Our client is a leader in medical equipment industry.
Job Description
- Responsible for rapid, on-site response to customer service calls;
- Responsible for the performance of assigned preventative maintenance services in accordance with standard preventative maintenance Requirements;
- Responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of medical equipment systems;
- Responsible for the proper documentation of performed services in accordance with service operating procedures;
- Responsible to maintain required technical proficiency through the attendance of scheduled training sessions throughout their global network of facilities;
- Support installations, start-ups, and delivery of speciality services throughout the service territory, and on certain occasions, beyond the service territory;
- Support sales and service employees in the pursuit of corporate goals;
- Follow local regulatory and safety standards in the performance of Service duties;
- Be engaged in procedures and documentation of quality issues and complaints.
The Successful Applicant
- Education and/or several years of experience in servicing of Electric / Mechanical / IT equipment
- Fluent German
- Very good knowledge of French
- Very good knowledge of English
- Fluency in IT tools (Word, Excel, web-based CRM)
- Advanced knowledge of IT connectivity solution for equipment
- Experience within the healthcare/hospitality environment
- Experience with the management of installation project
