Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage budgets for various projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Organize and coordinate events, from small meetings to large corporate gatherings, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
