We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a CEO, who is deeply involved in finance and philanthropy. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a variety of tasks with precision and discretion, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's professional and personal affairs. The position is divided into 30% executive assistant duties and 70% personal assistant responsibilities.

Job Description



  • Executive Support (30%): Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses. Assist in the planning and execution of projects, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct research on various topics as required by the CEO and prepare detailed reports and presentations.


  • Personal Assistance (70%): Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Organize and manage personal events, including logistics and attendee coordination. Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication. Assist with philanthropic activities, including coordinating with charitable organizations and managing related documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Discretion: High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
