Job Description
Define the strategy together with the board and implement it at Engineering level (design KPIs, CAPEX, process optimization...).
Together with the general manager and the sales team, you are an active stakeholder of the tendering process.
Manage the projects portfolio.
Responsible for the design and the industrialization of new products.
Manage a team of 10+ people in project management, process engineering, design, methods and maintenance.
Contact with colleagues located in other countries, mainly UK and the US.
The Successful Applicant
Graduated as an engineer, ideally with mechanical expertise.
Solid Engineering Management experience in Micro-mechanics, ideally in a demanding sector such as aerospace, life sciences, automotive...
Experience leading and developing talents.
Lean management and / or TPM knowledge.
Good communication skills and ability to regularly liaise with clients.
French and English fluent.
