We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist, will manage the execution and delivery of activities related to employee relations and policies. This role involves providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters, overseeing mediation and investigations, and developing HR policies and procedures.

Job Description



  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage conflict resolution and provide mediation and investigation services.
    • Support stakeholders with consistent and fair interpretations of employee relations issues.
    • Maintain records of advice and guidance for consistency in HR matters.
    • Provide case management support on less complex employee relations issues.
    • Record and analyze employee relations issues and update disciplinary and grievance data.
    • Conduct background research to support conflict and dispute resolution.


  • HR Policies and Procedures:
    • Support the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure current and relevant HR policies are available and accessible.
    • Act as a focal point for HR policy and procedure queries.
    • Design and deliver training on HR policies and practices.


  • General:
    • Demonstrate confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Collaborate with colleagues in the HR Department and beyond.
    • Contribute to a culture of proactivity, quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Specialization or certification in Employment Law.
  • Experience in employee relations, policy, or HR legal background.
  • Strong track record in developing and implementing employment policies.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
