Job Description

  • Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with company goals.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to maintain competitive benefits offerings.
  • Oversee daily operations of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to resolve employee and system issues.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
  • Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits.
  • Participate in initiatives with broad business impact.
  • Organize training sessions and events related to benefits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • French and English fluency needed
  • Understanding of company products and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Consulting and decision-making abilities.

What's on Offer
