About Our Client

Our client is an internationally renowned company in the cosmetics sector.

Job Description

  • You create and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy.
  • You set and oversee cross-channel paid media budgets, ensuring an optimal media mix to achieve business KPIs.
  • You handle the operational aspects of campaign production, including creative briefs, deployment, tracking, optimization, and reporting, ensuring timely launches across all channels.
  • You manage ad and content copywriting across various channels.
  • You troubleshoot any campaign issues with our technical team or platform customer service (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • You manage budget allocation throughout the year to optimize the investisment and meet defined targets.
  • You stay abreast of the latest digital acquisition strategies and tools, integrating them into the compagny's ecosystem when relevant.

The Successful Applicant

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an Ecommerce Acquisition role.
  • You have significant experience in growth digital marketing.
  • You are proficient in Google Analytics, SEA, SEO, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • You have a strong understanding of social media.
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of a 360° brand platform.
  • You are customer-centric, results-oriented, and analytical.
  • You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are driven by new challenges.
  • You excel as a team player.
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in English (C1), proficiency in other Nordic languages is a real plus.
