Job Description

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse invoicing data to identify value‑creation levers and recommend profitability‑enhancing strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and run simulations to assess the impact of different tariff scenarios.
  • Present findings to relevant internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.



Stakeholder Management

  • Lead periodic review meetings with central teams to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Maintain continuous communication with international operational teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and proper implementation of procedures.



Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Work hand-in-hand with technical/IT teams to enhance tools, improve data quality and optimize operational workflows.
  • Prioritize required enhancements, monitor implementation progress, and support change adoption.



Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with different regional teams to align strategies, share best practices and ensure seamless execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience in data analysis, operational management, or process optimization.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex performance trends and propose actionable solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working in multinational environments.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and strong command of information systems.
