About Our Client
Our client is an international company.
Job Description
You will be responsible for fullfiling the database with all the new requests.
You will be in charge of managing all the inquiries (via email, phone and updates).
You will manage and supervise the update of addresses in the database using different tools to get the correct information.
You will manage, supervise and follow-up return mails from mailings.
You will manage and supervise regular quality checks on supporter data.
You will upervise and follow-up the data received from telemarketing campaigns.
You will manage the supporter ticketing tool
You will proactively assist her/his colleagues with the use of the IT tools
The Successful Applicant
Swiss German or German mandatory. Excellent knowledge (oral and written) of French and English, Italian an asset.
Experience working in customer care mandatory.
Organizational skills and sense of priorities.
Proactive and capable to work autonomously and to take new responsibilities.
Exposure and adaptability to various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Advanced knowledge of computer literacy like Microsoft suite and any Ticketing tool.
