Job Description

The ideal candidate will:

Coordinate written Marketing content and copy writing projects with internal and external resources including briefing, timing and budget management, quality assurance, continuous improvement and approval from Communication Team Leader for landing pages, product descriptions, tag lines, advertising scripts, media campaigns, newsletters, UX, Social Media, storytelling.

Ensure that the created communication assets are aligned with the pre-defined goal, platform, and target.

Write, edit and review urgent copy requests, aligned with the pre-defined goal, platform, and target.

Assist Communication Team Leader on communication briefings and launch kits.

Propose topics appealing and relevant to customers; apply topics on owned platforms accordingly.

Develop creative strategies and consumer journeys for project launches, in an inspiring, informative, culturally relevant and share able way.

Establish and further develop glossary in source language (English).

Share quality enhancement feedback with Communication Team to further establish terminology and glossary.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

4 to 6 years experience in a global Marketing communication environment (agencies or international companies are a plus)

A Bachelor or Master's degree in communication or related discipline and possess excellent copy writing and proofreading skills with proven track record and utmost attention to detail.

The ability to work in a extremely fast paced environment above average, you can handle a high volume of projects and quick turn-around and you can coordinate with various departments both internally and externally with the flexibility to re-prioritise when needed.

Besides your fun, positive and over creative personality, you demonstrate high adaptation skills and a strong team player mind-set.

In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English (mandatory), any other language is an asset.
