About Our Client
Our client Swiss based growing private equity manager with several billion AuM. In order to further support the expansion plan of the company we are searching for a Chief Operation Officer.
Job Description
- Translate strategy into actionable process steps to monitor performance and facilitate growth.
- Support Senior Management in strategic growth initiatives and expansion plans
- Help to implement organization-wide processes and structures to ensure a robust business set-up
- Documentation, monitoring and improvement of all business processes of the company
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions on a global basis
- Coordinate and monitor Investment Management related processes; taking regulatory framework into account
- Being coordinator between the different functions, teams and geographic coverages of the company
- Development of communication and PR, media strategy
- Direct reporting to the Senior Management of the Company
- Work closely with the Company CFO and CTO
The Successful Applicant
- Master's or at least bachelor's degree, CFA or Six Sigma is an advantage
- 10 years of experience in Asset Management or Strategy Consulting with a focus on Financial Services
- Experience as a COO in a growing organization or a Senior Project Leader role within a top tier Strategy consulting firm
- A highly motivated and self-driven personality committed to deliver high quality results with entrepreneurial spirit
- Reliable, proactive and independent way of working
- Leadership skills, with steadfast re-solve and personal integrity
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Outstanding organization, execution and interpersonal skills
- Very strong written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus
