Job Description

As a key player in the finance team, you will:

  • Lead project controlling - Oversee financial management for development and customer projects.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting & reporting - Provide accurate financial insights and support business strategy.
  • Deliver strategic insights - Provide meaningful data-driven recommendations for management decisions.
  • Ensure financial transparency - Manage production controlling and contribute to monthly & annual financial statements.
  • Optimize financial processes - Enhance reporting structures, performance measurement, and cost controls.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses - Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

The Successful Applicant

Your Profile - What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field.
  • Several years in a controlling environment, preferably in a dynamic or growth-oriented setting.
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for numbers.
  • Hands-on mentality with a structured, strategic approach.
  • Assertive, well-organized, and highly performance-driven.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture.
