Job Description

  • Providing guidance and advice on anti-corruption and bribery to the business locally, as well as globally
  • Assessing new and existing counterparties from an ACB perspective
  • Providing advice on and negotiating ACB clauses
  • Monitoring and analysing regulatory changes/updates from various authorities
  • Working on the development and implementation of ACB policies, procedures, tools and systems controls
  • Reviewing and enhancing existing ACB policies, presentations, manuals and training material
  • Providing ACB training to the business and Compliance team members globally
  • Ensuring that ACB materials are devised in accordance with best practice
  • Working with team subject matter experts on various projects, supporting other team members and acting as an escalation point

The Successful Applicant

  • Master's degree in Legal and/or Compliance
  • Around 5 years of experience in a similar Compliance related role, ideally with a focus on ACB
  • Experience in working in a dynamic, fast changing environment
  • Proactive, self-starting way of working
  • Fluent in English, every other language is a plus
