We are creating a new position within our HR organization to strengthen our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) strategy and support the business with robust data analysis. The Compensation & Benefits Specialist & Data Analyst will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing compensation frameworks while providing high‑quality analytics to support HR decisions and workforce planning.

Job Description



Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation structures, salary grids, and job levelling frameworks.
  • Support annual compensation processes (merit increase, bonuses, salary reviews).
  • Conduct market analyses and benchmark studies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation policies.
  • Support global and local benefits programs (insurance, pensions, allowances, wellness, etc.).
  • Participate in governance of compensation policies and contribute to continuous improvement.



HR Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, workforce costs, compensation trends, diversity metrics…).
  • Provide analytical insights to support HR strategy and business decisions.
  • Develop predictive models or advanced analytics where relevant (e.g., attrition, salary progression).
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems.
  • Partner closely with Finance for workforce planning and budgeting cycles.



Process & Systems

  • Support the development and optimization of HR tools related to compensation and analytics.
  • Help establish scalable processes for future C&B structures, as this role will contribute to building the function.
  • Participate in HRIS data governance and quality checks.

The Successful Applicant



Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles (salary structures, benchmarking, job evaluation, pay-for-performance).
  • Advanced analytical skills; proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modelling).
  • Experience with HR data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) is a strong asset.
  • Ability to interpret and present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.



Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR analytics, or a similar HR specialist role.
  • Experience in building or formalizing C&B frameworks is an advantage.
  • Experience in an international or fast-growing environment is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and data reliability.
  • High sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.



Languages

  • French: mandatory
  • English: strong working proficiency preferred
