Job Description



Reward Structures & Market IntelligenceYou support the design and evolution of compensation frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal equity and external markets. This includes delivering market pricing analyses, identifying trends and gaps, and providing actionable insights to inform leadership decisions on pay positioning and progression.

Compensation Review & Incentive ProcessesYou play a central role in annual compensation reviews and variable pay processes, contributing to data preparation, scenario modeling, quality checks, and reporting. You help ensure consistency, transparency, and audit‑readiness throughout the decision cycle.

Role Architecture & EvaluationYou contribute to job architecture initiatives by supporting role evaluations, leveling consistency, and governance principles. You partner with HR stakeholders to clarify role scope, alignment, and structural coherence across the organization.

Benefits & Cost GovernanceYou support the review and ongoing optimization of benefits offerings across jurisdictions. This includes analyzing utilization and cost patterns, assisting with vendor management cycles, and strengthening documentation and governance standards.

Pay Equity & Regulatory ReadinessYou contribute to pay equity analyses, transparency initiatives, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring structured documentation, traceability, and reliable data outputs for internal and external audits.

The Successful Applicant



You bring solid experience in compensation, benefits, or rewards analytics within an international or multi‑country environment. You are comfortable working with complex data, demonstrate strong analytical rigor, and enjoy transforming insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

You are organized, detail‑oriented, and trusted with sensitive information. You collaborate effectively across functions, manage multiple priorities with structure, and bring a continuous‑improvement mindset to your work.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.
