Job Description

The role involves leading a small commercial team, developing distributor and B2B healthcare partnerships, and driving international growth in a fast-scaling environment.

The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy. Responsibilities include :

  • Leading the go-to-market and distribution strategy across international markets.
  • Developing direct partnerships with healthcare providers and strengthening B2B commercial models.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, patient organizations, and opinion leaders to drive adoption.
  • Managing and expanding a small, entrepreneurial commercial team across different geographies.
  • Representing the company at leading international trade events and positioning it as a reference player in its field.
  • Ensuring operational excellence in delivery and support to partners.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record of international commercial leadership within MedTech.
  • Experience in launching and scaling innovative devices or solutions.
  • Strong background in distributor management, market development, and B2B healthcare sales.
  • International mindset, ideally with exposure to European and US healthcare ecosystems; knowledge of Asia is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • English C2. Other languages such as French are an advantages
