Civil Engineering Project Manager - Telecom

We are looking for a skilled polyglotte civil engineer to manage the full lifecycle of mobile site infrastructure projects; from construction and upgrades to hardware implementation and site decommissioning. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients, this role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in line with internal processes and client requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the CiVil Engineering Project Manager



  • Independently manage end-to-end mobile site projects : New infrastructure build, upgrades and re-engineering, site sharing, decommissioning, telecom and transmission hardware installations


  • Support infrastructure design activities and participate in site surveys to ensure compliance with internal standards, client specifications, and health & safety regulations


  • Coordinate subcontractor offers and manage procurement of services and materials


  • Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope and objectives


  • Perform risk assessments and take corrective actions to mitigate project risks


  • Handle project changes and escalate deviations from design or budget as needed

Role can be based in Lausanne or Bern.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience



  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical discipline preferred


  • Familiarity with mobile network technology (radio and transmission)



Languages : Fluency in French, German and English

Skills & Profile



  • Proven experience in civil works project management


  • Supplier management and cost control skills


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities,


  • Detail-oriented with solid organisational capabilities
