Job Description

  • Strategic Coordination: Monitor and drive progress on high-priority initiatives defined by the executive team.
  • Decision Support: Prepare concise analyses, reports, and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the link between the CEO and core departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing).
  • Executive Organization: Structure and manage executive meetings, ensuring preparation and follow-up on action items.
  • Project Management: Lead or support complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Representation: Assist the CEO during client meetings, partner engagements, and site visits.



The Successful Applicant

  • Strong educational background, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
