About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
The key responsibilities of this role is to lead on restructuring a number of business areas and create a new function.
- Being a key internal and support support for ongoing and new project work including digital projects and their infrastructure.
-Engagement with stakeholders internally and externally including suppliers.
-Production of key project documentation including project planning, process management and tender documents.
-Using the outline plan, start to develop project milestones and a road map for the organisation.
-Meeting facilitation and coaching of internal teams.
Develop project plan and risk assessments, actively monitoring the timely delivery of milestones
Provide agendas for the transformation core team
Develop Comprehensive transformation plan and relevant business maps
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone who is immediately or soon to be available to start
Min 8 to 10 years of experience in a change manager job
Advanced experience in facilitating business process optimization exercises
Experience in managing change in external relations and communications business areas
A track record of OD experience
Demonstrable success in change management
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
Experience of larger organisations and matrix structures.
