About Our Client

international organization based in Geneva

Job Description

  • Organizing and running internal and external training sessions
  • Drafting / updating training materials and e-learning resources
  • Coaching committees on using digital tools
  • Answering questions on functionality and basic drafting guidelines (highlighting available resources)
  • Following the support process for more complex technical or editorial issues
  • Development of new resources for new and updated functionalities

The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in software engineering, business analysis,
  • IT management or related field.
  • Alternatively, Proci or related change management certifications will considered.
  • Digital publishing or technical support experience an advantage
  • Experience of creating e-learning resources and training materials an advantage
  • Familiarity with common business process systems
  • Familiarity with standards development would be an asset but not essential
  • English fluent or mother-tongue. Any other language is an asset
  • Fluent in generic IT tools, such as the MS Office suite
