About Our Client
Our client is an international organisation.
Job Description
Work on resources plan and predict needed.
Prepare budget plan.
Monitor milestones of the project.
Ensure the communication plan and that all the internal stakeholders receive the key pieces of information. You develop key messages explaining the overarching change and vision.
Develop appropriate trainings according to the skillset of the employees. Coordinate the implementation of the training plan, format and content.
Manage the communication of key messages to the top management.
Communicate to employees the reasons of the change and develop coalition within the senior management team.
The Successful Applicant
Certification in change management or project management.
5 years of experience in change management if possible in technology driven envrionment.
Experience of technology platform such as SAP or Salesforce a plus
Excellent English skills
Ability to communicate in a positive and user friendly way
You are a people person able to monitor and follow a clear structure of KPIs
You must be a team player.
