About Our Client
Our client a Private Equity owned technology data solution company. Due to the expansion plan of the company we are looking for a CFO to drive the value creation of the company, by acting as a pro-active sparring partner to CEO and BoD.

- Act as a sparring partner to CEO (at eye level) and the entire Executive Board with the objective of ensuring that agreed upon results are achieved
- Responsible for the company's accounting and financial close processes including the external auditing process
- Responsible for disclosure reporting towards the company's stakeholders (management, board, shareholders)
- Set up and operate appropriate goal setting, planning and analysis/controlling functions that support decision making, managing value creation, improving operating performance and executing strategic projects
- Ensure sufficient liquidity and compliance with financing contracts at all times at minimal cost
- Introduction of a business model for the group that is fully tax compliant and that results in a low effective tax rate for the group
- Identify, track and manage risks through appropriate risk management framework
- Maintain and where needed develop processes and systems that help fulfill these tasks
- Build, lead and develop the finance team (internal and external resources), ensure good corporate governance
- Build, lead and develop Legal, QM, Procurement and IT
- Contact person for legal and compliance issues and coordination with lawyers
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in economics or university of applied sciences
- Several years of experience as a CFO or Deputy of a medium sized organization with international setup or entrepreneurially run division of a corporate
- Experience in a leading professional services firm ("Big 4") and/or management level at a larger organization with state-of-the-art finance function
- Proven hands-on experience with state of the art KPI management and finance-related computer technologies
- Track Record in supporting a successful growth phase of an organization, IPO would be a plus
- Experience in building-up processes and structures throughout a company in order to increase scalability
- Affinity for high tech high growth company with informal structures and technology staff
- Analytical, solution oriented and able to deal with a fast moving and multicultural environment
- Ability to formulate and align legal strategy and drive for implementation
- Experience in legal issues and handling with lawyers
- Fluency in German and English
