Group CEO reporting to the Board of Directors
Our client is a Swiss based private bank
About Our Client
Our client is a private bank with headquarters in Switzerland. They have multiple locations in Switzerland and offer a range of services to wealthy individuals and families as well as external asset managers, family offices and institutional investors. We are searching for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to strategically grow the bank.
Job Description
- Oversee the overall direction of the organization
- Responsible for strategic growth of the bank
- Strengthen the organizational structure
- Monitor overall performance of the bank and increase profitability
- Work closely with all locations to drive team performance
- Lead in the process of key, strategic acquisitions
- Report to the Board of Directors
The Successful Applicant
- Proven leadership skills with ideally a minimum of 15 years of managerial experience
- Thorough knowledge of the banking sector and bank regulations in Switzerland
- Strong corporate governance knowledge
- Several years of experience creating, leading and developing teams
- Change management skills along with a flexible and entrepreneurial spirit who can thrive in a dynamic atmosphere
- Advantageous to have an Audit & Consulting background
- Fluent or good English and French. German would be an asset
