Empathise with and provide emotional support to people over the phone

The Successful Applicant

You have a University level degree

You have experience as a Social Worker/Call operator/ Customer Service

You are good at problem solving

You are fluent in English and Russian/Ukrainian

You are good at dealing with stressful situations
