Job Description

-Complete regular analysis to assist in decision-making on Business & Financial Performance
-Monitor the Group Performance (actuals & forecast, vs budget, vs LY)
-Elaborate ways to measure key indicators
-Develops and issues monthly, quarterly, & annual reports/dashboards
-Support Controlling Director

-Participate in the Monthly Closing Process by:
-Ensuring data accuracy
-Analysing Performance (Financial Results & Strategic KPIs)
-Presenting business insights in the Financial Performance Review
-Writing Performance Reports to the Board of Directors

-Performs market and macroeconomics analysis to support decision making process.
-Participate to the enhancement and compliance of business finance processes and standards.
-Continuously drive improvements for reporting, analytics and processes
-Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decision
-Collaboration in the Budget process: prepare reports/templates & consolidation of Group results

The Successful Applicant

-Master's degree in Finance or Economics
-4 -5 years of solid financial & controlling experience, preferably with statistical background & international environment
-Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point
-Solid understanding of Statistics, Financial KPIs & Investments. Econometrics is a plus
-Strong analytical & communication skills
-Team spirit, positive attitude & self-motivated
-Highly conscientious approach and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

-Organization & prioritization skills, flexibility in working hours
-Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus
