Job Description



  • Lead the creation and execution of the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and fosters a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Innovate and enhance recruitment processes to be inclusive and accessible, optimizing candidate assessment tools and techniques that promote fairness and equity.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with educational institutions and organizations that prioritize underrepresented talent, proactively contributing to long-term talent pipelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique team needs and provide guidance on inclusive hiring practices.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies, ensuring they reflect our values of inclusivity, and leverage diverse candidate pools to support hiring goals.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making by tracking recruitment KPIs, using metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure transparency in the hiring process.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires, contributing to a welcoming and supportive workplace culture.
  • Support the implementation of DEI initiatives across the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and inspire the talent acquisition team, fostering an environment where everyone can contribute their unique perspectives and grow.

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Higher education degree in HR or a related field, with additional certifications (HR Specialist, DEI practices) as a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in talent acquisition in international environment.
  • Strong experience in leading inclusive hiring strategies that attract talent from diverse backgrounds, with a proven track record of embedding DEI in recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated success in using innovative tools, technologies, and processes to ensure an equitable recruitment journey.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a deep commitment to transparency, empathy, and inclusive communication.
