12 month of contract starting asap - Payroll and HR admin
Good knowledge of the Swiss HR law
About Our Client
Our client is an international company.
- You will take all the HR administrative processes, as well as ensuring delivery of HR services in matters relating to payroll and associate lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, career development & departure).
- You will prepare the monthly payroll with the external provider
- Prepare all the contracts for the new joiners
- Draft an onboarding process
- Support the site HR Manager with recruitment duties
The Successful Applicant
- Strong Knowledge of Swiss labour law and local HR processes
- Proven experience in payrolling
- French and English (Bilingual)
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Admin in Switzerland
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational & documentation skills
- Comfortable working with Excel,Word, PowerPoint
